Renovation of a municipal facility in Carrboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The town is seeking proposals from qualified security integrators / contractors for the installation of door access controls and security cameras for a new building at 203 S. Greensboro Street, referred to as the 203 Building, and integration of those door access controls and cameras into an existing and functioning Lenel door access system and Milestone camera system. Please see Exhibits 1 and 2 and the remainder of this Request for Proposal for further details of the project. Last Questions Date: 9/2/24 by 3:00 Pm (Est) Anticipated Contract Date: 9/11/24 Begin Work Date: 9/16/24 Project Completion Date: 10/31/24 A non-performance penalty of $500 per day will be charged back to the contractor for every day the project goes beyond this date.
