Site work for a water / sewer project in Augusta Charter Twp, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes water main improvements of replacing 14 water main valves located in valve chambers within the limits of the township. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Augusta Charter Township reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Augusta Charter Township. Doc Notes: Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bids will be accepted only from of Record. In order to be a of Record Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 09/06/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
