The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT"), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver various sized of Type S High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) corrugated culvert pipe for the Abingdon Residency of the Bristol District on as need basis, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Delivery locations for this contract will be Area Headquarters (AHQs) located throughout Washington and Smyth Counties. Question Deadline 08/26/2024 Any questions regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be addressed to Christine Necessary christine.necessary@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of questions or other matters raised. Provide questions by close of business five (5) days prior to the bid due date. The contract will be for a period of one year from date of award (renewable). A pre-bid conference will not be held for this solicitation.
