2024 Conan Infrastructure Improvements - 9th Avenue to 10th Avenue. Description: The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,400 linear feet curb and gutter, concrete driveways, final grading of roadways, 550 tons bituminous paving and other related appurtenances. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
