Notice ID- W912P5-25-Q-A035 This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside for the supply of a replacement HVAC system for the Barkley Power Plant in Kuttawa, Kentucky. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price supply contract under NAICS Code 333415, which covers Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror who is determined to be responsible, and whose quote meets or exceeds the technical specifications and delivery schedule. The contract completion date is 120 calendar days from the date of award. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled for August 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM Central Time, and attendance requires submission of a Security / Site Visit Request form at least three days in advance. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email by September 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM Central Time.
