Site work for a water / sewer project in Kuttawa, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
PROJECT: The project includes the interconnection of the Kuttawa & Eddyville water systems along KY 295 on the west side of Eddyville near the intersection with US 62. The construction will consist of the installation of approximately 7,200 LF of new 8" water main from KY 373 south along KY 295 to the interconnect with Kuttawa's system. BID SECURITY: A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City of Kuttawa reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. The details concerning the process, qualifications, evaluation, and award of the project are set forth and described in detail in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 11/18/2025 If any person contemplating submitting a bond for construction of the work is in doubtas to the true meaning of any part of the plans or specifications or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part ofthe plans or specifications, he may submitto the Engineer, a written request for interpretation thereof not later than seven (7) days before the bid opening date.
