Description

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Design plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Construction of a new recreation centre at the corner of Warde Avenue and Evelyne Reese Boulevard. TIMELINE: 1X1 Architecture has been retained to complete the feasibility study and preliminary design. Phase 2 public engagement summary & feasibility study is comeplte. Council approval is required to proceed to detailed design and funding. Construction phasing may occur. Class 4 cost estimate to build the project in 2028 is $30 million. Updates may be available summer 2026.
