Development of a Ceremonial and Cultural Services on 6 acres of land. The Components of the Project on This Site Are as Follows: Support Services Building to Provide the Support Services, the Agency Plans to Establish a Building Consisting of Five Rooms/bedrooms, Each Serving Distinct Functions Such as Administration, One-on-one Support, Emergency Sharing Circles, and Staff Meetings. One (1) of the Rooms/bedrooms Shall Be Used for Administrative (Office) Purposes. Two (2) of the Rooms/bedrooms Shall Be Used to Provide One-on-one Support or Family Traditional Elder Services. One (1) of Rooms/bedrooms is Required for Emergency Sharing Circles, and the Fifth (5) Rooms/bedrooms Shall Be Used as Staff Meeting Space. Currently, the Agency is Considering the Purchase of an Rtm That is About 2,316 Sq. Feet With Five (5) Bedrooms, Two (2) and a Half Bathrooms. A Full Basement is Required Including Storage Shelves to Be Built and Designed 2 (Two) Feet Off the Floor. Ceremonial Area Included in the 6 Acres of Land is Approximately 2 (Two) Acres for a Ceremonial Area for Gatherings, Feast(S) and Conduct Sweat Lodge Ceremonies. This Includes Camping for Approximately 20 Participants in 10 Simple a-frames for an Overnight Stay. The a-frames Perform the Same Function as Tents and So Would Only Include Beds, but No Washroom or Kitchen Facilities. Arbour an Arbour (Fabric Structure) Shall Be Constructed for Cultural Gatherings for Approximately 300 Participants Within the Parameters of the 2 (Two) Acres of Land.
