Reference Number 0000276780 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of the design of one or two seating nodes in the median on Broadway. These nodes will be at the ends of the median, but the exact location has not yet been determined, and will be based on feedback from Forestry. The expectation is for construction in 2025. The City intends to award this Contract by October 11, 2024. The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Proposal, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities if the interests of the City so require.
