Renovation of a medical facility in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

This project shall involve the design and renovation of a shelled office-commercial building to meet the needs of the ISF program(s) as outlined in the functional brief and test fit. The new ISF premises are approximately 3,200 sq ft and will be comprised of open work areas, private offices, meeting room, storage, communications room, and other related support services as outlined in the functional brief. A test fit has been completed and endorsed by users of the space, which will be the basis for schematic and design development. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal to provide consultant services for the project has closed and a preferred proponenthas been chosen. The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project including Class A and Class B professional quantity surveyor services, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor for Class C and commissioning agent. Further update in early spring 2025.
