The City has identified the need to establish a Vendor List of pre-qualified contractors for the performance of certain electrical services on an "as and when requested" basis throughout Chilliwack, BC. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Proponents to be registered to the Vendor List. Each Proponent found to meet the qualifications set out herein will be registered to the Vendor List. The Vendor List will be valid July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 All enquiries or requests for clarification of issues related to the RFPQ are to be transmitted in writing to the City by email to puchasing@chilliwack.com no later than seven (7) days before Closing Date and Time. Routine electrical installation, maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to; o Electrical metering and/or distribution switchboards; o Panel boards, control panels; o Electrical conduit and wiring; o Lighting systems including the luminaries and the lighting control systems; o Receptacles, switches; o Emergency power and/or lighting systems and controls utilizing generators or DC to AC inverters; o Unitized emergency lighting equipment; o Power and conduit to other systems such as HVAC systems or equipment; o Domestic water heating and pumping equipment; o Conduit systems for communication and other electronic systems; o Providing assistance with BC Hydro incentive supporting documents;
