The City is seeking professional service from firms interested in providing Engineering Services for design, bid support and construction management of a Replacement Water Tank and Associated Infrastructure including: o Design a durable, cost-effective water storage tank with a capacity of approximately 750,000 gallons. o Ensure the water tank and associated infrastructure meet all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. o Remove the existing Bladder Tank and level the ground site area. o Include design of a new perimeter fence, SCADA instrumentation, security cameras, and hatch alarm to integrate with the City's existing SCADA system. o Provide space and design provisions for a future second water tank and related pipe connections. As of September 12, 2025, project has been awarded.
