The City of Fair Oaks Ranch is accepting sealed bids for On-Call Pavement Marking Services Question Deadline 09/05/2024 Any prospective bidder who is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications or other bid documents may submit to the City, in writing, on or before five (5) days prior to the scheduled opening of bids a request for clarification. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the order of the City of Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the successful bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds on the standard forms provided, as outlined in the specifications and contract documents. Payment and Performance Bonds: Payment and Performance Bonds for the performance of the Work, and for payment of those who provide labor or materials, will be required prior to work being performed for a work authorization, if applicable. Each bond shall be in an amount equal to 100% of the Total Work Authorization, if applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive all formalities, to award a contract to the lowest bidder, as qualified in accordance with the conditions set forth in the specifications, or to make the award to the bidder who provides best value according to the best judgment of the City.
