**As of July 16,2025, the project was awarded to A2Z Construction but the awarded amount is not available.** This Project comprises of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of but not be limited to Permitting, Mobilization; Preparation and Implementation of Best Management Practices; Demolition; ADA enhancements for the restrooms (including height-compliant sinks and fixtures, clear floor space, horizontal grab bars, and ADA compliant toilets); repainting of the entry lobby, hallways, and restrooms; replacement of doors and hardware, lighting fixtures, counters, flooring and ceiling tiles, mirrors, and urinals; luxury restroom trailer rental and maintenance; and all associated work to complete this Project in its entirety. Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to City of Stanton as Bid Guarantee. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Each bond shall be in the forms set forth herein, shall be secured from a surety company The Contractor shall Complete all Work in every detail within one hundred twenty (120) working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. This project is a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project; so contractor shall ensure the project is completed in a timely manner. City shall award the contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as determined by City from the Total Base Bid. City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bids or in the bidding process.
