The general items of work to be performed hereunder consist of but not be limited to Mobilization (traffic control and construction fence); Preparation and Implementation of Best Management Practices; Demolition; Obtaining Building Permits; Concrete Work (including footings); Site Furnishings, Court Resurfacing; Fencing; Electrical System; Lights; and all associated work to complete this Project in its entirety. The Project is being advertised in the trade journals and uploaded onto QuestCDN. Bid documents, plans, and specifications are available for download on the aforementioned platforms.
