These portable buildings, provided by American Modular Systems, Inc., located at 787 Speckels Avenue, Manteca, California 95336 ("AMS"). The District has contracted with AMS for the procurement of the portable buildings for this Project. 2. Classroom Renovations: Nine existing classrooms will be renovated to create office spaces within the classrooms. 3. Utility Installation for New Marquee: Utilities will be run to a designated location for the installation of a new marquee. The marquee will be installed by the sign manufacturer and has already been purchased by the District. 4. Site Improvements: This includes but is not limited to walkways, utilities, and landscaping to enhance the overall site.
