The intent is to guide the Contractor to a complete, functional, finished, end product. The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment for installation of a complete, functional end product within the intent of, and as indicated as herein specified. The Contractor will obtain from the Owner, all necessary information about existing equipment and facility operations to avoid conflicts and/or interruptions of service during repair. The Contractor will guarantee the work done in accordance with specifications to be free of imperfect materials and defective workmanship. Anything unsatisfactory will be corrected immediately and at the Contractor's expense.
