Arvada, CO 80002. Discconnect & Remove Lochnivar power-fin Boiler (PBN0751 - year 2005. Replace with new compatible Boilers. Contractor to inlcude all work to ensure complete & usable system upon completion. The complete Details are in the attached SOW.
