The City conducted an energy study to determine the energy savings and feasibility of moving to a VRF system and it was determined that moving to a VRF system was feasible at this location. City of Arvada (The City) is soliciting proposals for design services for replacing an existing multi-zone air handling unit at Indiana Shops, 6701 Indiana St. Arvada, CO 80007. The proposal to include architectural design, mechanical and electrical engineering to provide a design for replacement of the existing unit.
