Reference Number : 0000358876 The owner's representative is primarily responsible for advocating the City's best interests by over-seeing the Police Storage Evidence Facility Project in all phases of design, public outreach (if needed), construction services, commissioning, and close-out with full documentation of the entire project. The intent of this RFP is for you to describe in detail the scope of services that would be recommended for this type of project based on a total project budget of $10.2-$11.7 million. We do not anticipate a full time representative, however, we will consider your recommendations and expertise on coverage and cost of service. The project schedule is anticipated to take approximately two (2) years from Design Services starting date of Jan. 2024. Design is anticipated to be completed by Dec. of 2024; construction is anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2025. Estimated Project completion is early 2026. We are expecting OR support services to begin in early August. Anticipate weekly design meetings beginning in August 2024 till completion in late 2024.
