Reference Number 0000356983 The City of Arvada's Facilities Management Division is requesting Qualifications from professional Plumbing contractors for the purpose of establishing an on-call contract to assist the staff on future plumbing projects which includes troubleshooting, parts procurement, preventative maintenance, installation, and other plumbing needs upon request during and outside normal business hours. For additional administrative information not related to the project, contact: Doreen Mazza, dmazza@arvada.org The contract shall commence on the date determined in the final negotiated agreement. The Contract may also include the option for contract renewals following the initial one (1) year period, up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a City prerogative and not a right of the vendor. Unless otherwise notified in writing, the option period shall become automatic at the end of the original period.
