The City of Arvada (The City) has received Federal ARPA Grant Funds #HRHRGP2405 for the purpose of providing street outreach, emergency shelter, and bridge housing to the unhoused. The City of Arvada estimates that approximately 200 unsheltered individuals are in the Arvada community on any given night. The City is seeking written proposals from business's to provide emergency shelter/housing options for homeless individuals and families in the Arvada community. The City is looking for a provider that can present a high-quality scope of work and cost-effective fee proposal. Provide between 30-35 rooms on a monthly basis for temporary housing for individuals and families referred by the of Arvada. Ensure rooms are safe, clean, and in good condition. Offer a 24-hour front desk service and any necessary amenities. Coordinate with the City of Arvada on billing, reporting, and any related concerns.
