Renovation and addition to a laboratory facility in Arvada, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and for the renovation of a 709-square-foot laboratory facility.
The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety / Colorado Bureau of Investigation is requesting bids from contractors for the labor, equipment, materials and supervision of the addition of a new toxicology lab at our Arvada location. This project will include the addition of approximately a 3,000 square foot addition to an existing building and possibly renovation of existing 709 square foot space. The general contractor shall be the primary agent for every aspect of this project and responsible for selection of subcontractors as needed. The project will require using prevailing wages, LCPtracker software and Apprenticeship Certification per state rules. Contractors must verify all measurements of materials to ensure they are included within their bid.
