Reference Number 0000361242 Purchase Type: Term: 09/30/2024 02:00 AM EDT - 06/30/2025 02:00 AM EDT The contractor will furnish all labor an equipment as needed for trash collection, pickup and disposal at the listed CDOT facilities. The contractor will provide appropriate bins to be located on site for the disposal of waste materials. Materials in the bin shall be removed and properly disposed according to the list below within the 2025 fiscal year, with the addition of unscheduled trash removal if deemed necessary by the Colorado Department of Transportation. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of materials contained within the disposal bins, and any fees or permits associated with the proper disposal of waste materials. The contractor shall provide all labore, and equipment to effectively collect and properly dispose of trash and waste materials.
The contractor shall provide mentally alert and physically fit personnel to provide trash collection and disposal in a safe manner to the satisfaction of CDOT. The contractor shall establish a pickup schedule which coincides with the established number of trash pick-ups per year, during scheduled work hours for the facilities for which the service is provided. The contractor shall provide and maintain in good working condition all equipment associated with the provided service. The contractor is responsible to comply with all Federal and State laws associated with the transfer and disposal of trash or waste materials from the CDOT facilities listed. The contractor shall submit an invoice per facility monthly for services provided.
