A Prebid conference will be held on September 10, 2024 @ 10:00 am at the jobsite (2294 Victoria Avenue, Ft. Myers, Florida 33901). Prequalified subcontractor bids are due September 24, 2024 by 5:00pm at Biltmore's office, 1055 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Belleair, FL 33756.
