A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid or a bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid. All addenda will be issued to bidders no later than three (3) days prior to the bid due date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to choose the sole supplier of this equipment which he/she deems to be of the highest quality and most consistent with his/her interests, regardless of cost.
