Site work for a road / highway in Port Aransas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project consists of 4 individual projects within the Charlies Pasture Nature Preserve. CLAY HILL TRAIL PROJECT consists of reconstruction of existing granite trail with new concrete sidewalk and added construction of 2 timber shade structures. BOLLARD AND CABLE EXTENSION consists of new timber bollard and cable through the uplands and wetlands. LEONABELLE PARKING LOT consists of milling, regrading, and repaving of existing asphalt parking lot with construction of new asphalt parking lot extension. NATURE TRAIL consists of trail connection to existing boardwalk with new concrete sidewalk over existing nature path. Bidders must submit a Cashier's or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to City of Port Aransas, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable surety company, payable to City of Port Aransas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a contract using the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him Questions or requests for information relating to this request for bid may be directed to Nilesh Patel npatel@urbaneng.com no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on Thursday, August 29, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
