REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LAWN AND LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES Nueces County Water Control and Improvement District No. 4 is requesting proposals for lawn and landscape services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, with the option to automatically extend for an additional year. Any proposal received after the time, will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions. Questions or requests for information may be directed to Scott Mack via email at smack@ncwcid4.org. Proposals are to include the information requested in the Request for Proposals in the sequence and format prescribed. Proposers shall submit one original and four (4) copies of the Proposal. All proposals shall be submitted in the manner as indicated in the Request for Qualifications. The Nueces County Water Control and Improvement District No. 4 reserves the right to award the contract to the firm submitting the most qualified proposal, to postpone the acceptance of the proposal and the award of the contact for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or to reject any and all proposals received.
