**As of October 25, 2024 this project will be rebid but no bid date available yet. City of Port Aransas, Texas, is requesting bids for Roberts Point Playscape Landscaping & Irrigation at 301 J.C. Barr Blvd. Any bid delivered or received after that time will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project consists of: Planting and irrigation. Bidders must submit a Cashier's or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to City of Port Aransas, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable surety company, payable to City of Port Aransas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a contract using the forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him Any and all questions or requests for information relating to this Request for Proposal shall be submitted to Layne Olivo, lolivo@halff.com no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on Friday, October 4, 2024.
