Project Description: The project consists of the installation of a soldier pile retaining wall at three locations: Location I: CR 15 (Claysville Rd) SLM 9.8, Cambridge Twp Location II: CR 15 (Claysville Rd) SLM 10.5, Cambridge Twp Location III: CR 942 (Rose Hill Rd), Millwood Twp Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to 5% of Total Bid Tendered, and Made Payable to the Guernsey County Commissioners, as a Guarantee That, if the Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into in Accordance Therewith, and the Check of Successful Bidder Will Be Returned Upon Proper Execution of Contract With Successful Bidder. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Total Bid, Certificate of Insurance, Workers Compensation Certificate.
