The Material and all components shall be new; used, refurbished, or rebuilt parts or components shall not be used. All cabinets shall be mounted and installed level and secure with proper fasteners. 7. All cabinets and drawers shall have soO closing concealed door hinges, and full extension soO close drawer glides. 8. Cabinet frames shall be made of solid wood or high quality TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate), shall not use MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard or chipboard-based products. 9.
