Single stipulated sum bids will be received for all work required by the contract documents. Bids may be submitted by either of the following methods: 1. Electronic Bids will be accepted by electronic submission as a PDF file. Each bidder submitting a bid electronically shall include its Certificate of Responsibility Number and a signed copy of Madison County's bid sheet as part of its PDF bid submittal. Any electronic PDF bid that does not include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number shall not be considered. 2. Sealed bids will be received at the Madison County Chancery Clerk's Office, Rooms 225-228,125 West North Street, Canton, MS 39046. All sealed bids submitted to Chancery Clerk's office shall be marked on the outside face of the envelope "Bid: Madison County Preventative Maintenance/Service Agreement for HVAC on County Owned Buildings and shall have the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number written on the outside of the envelope. If any envelope is not so marked, said bid shall not be opened or considered. Sealed bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked plainly on the outside of the envelope with the following: Madison County Board of Supervisors Madison County Preventative Maintenance/Service Agreement for HVAC on County Owned Buildings 125 West North Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046. In, addition, the envelope shall list the bidders Company Name, Company Address and the Certificate of Responsibility. Envelopes not so marked will not be opened Bids must be received on or before the scheduled time for opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, Madison County Board of Supervisors have the right to reject any and all bids.
