Bids will be received by the Madison County Board of Supervisors for the Rocky Hill Road Bridge Rehabilitation Project . All sealed bids submitted to the Chancery Clerk s office shallbe marked on the outside face of the envelope ROCKY HILL ROAD BRIDGE REHABILITATION PROJECT , and shall have the bidder s Certificate of Responsibility Number written on theoutside of the envelope. If any envelope is not so marked, said bid shall not be opened and considered. The project consists of removing the existing bridge and furnishing and installing a new bridge of the same length in the same location. Each bidder submitting a bid electronically as a PDF file shall include its Certificate of Responsibility Number as part of its PDF electronic bid submittal. Any electronic PDF bid that does not include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number shall not be considered.
