The CMUC Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 5 years' minimum experience installing water and sewer lines up to 30 in size and gas lines and infrastructure including lift stations required. Contract Documents and Specifications being on file in the Canton Municipal Utilities Commission office at 225 N. Hargon St., Canton, Mississippi, and may be examined during regular business hours upon scheduling with CMU Engineering Department. NOTICE is hereby given that the Canton Municipal Utilities Commission, (CMUC), City of Canton, Mississippi will receive written sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. local time, on May 19, 2025 at the CMUC office, 127 W. Peace St., Canton, Mississippi 39046 for the furnishing of all labor for the construction ofthat certain project designated as July 2025 through June 2026 UNIT BID CONSTRUCTION QUOTATION Contract Documents and Specifications being on file in the Canton Municipal Utilities Commission office at 225 N. Hargon St., Canton, Mississippi, and may be examined during regular business hours upon scheduling with CMU Engineering Department.
