SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to State Finance Law 163.6, for the above noted commodity/product. A sealed bid will not be held. Location: 750 East Adams Street, Syracuse, NY 13210 Contract term: Five (5) Years SUNY Upstate Medical University invites qualified vendors capable of meeting the mandatory requirements listed in this Request for Quote (RFQ) and to submit proposals to provide various air filters to Upstate University hospital. Air filters are ordered on an as needed basis and the quantity purchased varies. Upstate currently utilizes Camfil filters and any alternate brands must have equivalent or better specifications. Types of filters include 30/30, Durafil ES, and Hi-Flo ES. This RFQ contains detailed specifications about the products/services required, along with the instructions to enable interested vendors to prepare and submit proposals. To be considered responsive, bidders must meet the mandatory requirements, must be deemed to be responsible, and must submit completed proposals that satisfy all requirements listed in the RFQ. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below.
