Estimated Contract Value: $3.4 - $3.8 Million The Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids to the extent permitted by law. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
