Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Railroad, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Project includes the following work: Improvements to the New Freedom Wastewater Treatment Plant to include a new masonry blower building, new blowers, corresponding electrical upgrades, new generator access platform/stairs, replacement SBR mixers, additional SBR diffusers and SS air piping, tank coatings, new SBR walkway, yard piping relocations and site improvements. Estimated Contract Value: $3.4 - $3.8 Million The Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids to the extent permitted by law. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
