Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Seboeis Plt, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

Community Building interior reconstruction/renovation project. The town of Seboeis is requesting a building contractor to do the following work renovations to our old Fire Department space. New Town Office & Library. 1. Disconnect existing propane heater and place in community building during renovations. 2. Fill hole in cement floor and level. 3. Install 2x6 16" OC ceiling framing down to 8' to accept a 1/2 " sheet rocked ceiling. 4. Frame new 6' high wall between with a rough opening to accept a 36" interior door. 5. Move steel post into wall construction. 6. Electrical contractor will rough in for lighting & receptacles. 7. Install 1/2 " sheetrock on ceiling and exterior walls and both sides of 6' partition wall. Omit any work to front wall, it was recently completed. 8. Tape and finish all new sheetrock. 9. Prime & Paint ceiling with white ceiling paint. 10. Prime & Paint walls. 11. Install 2' high bars 1' OC over 6' wall securing office area from library. 12. Install 3.5" finger-jointed pine trim painted white around all doors and windows. 13. Install 36" solid pine door painted white with lockable lockset. 14. Build a Counter and face with painted paneling and Top with bar style countertop. 15. Install waterproof laminate floating floor. 16. Reinstall propane heater. Building contractor to supply the following materials: All framing material All sheetrock & sheetrock finishing materials All window and door trim All paint 36" solid pine door with lockable lockset Town OF Seboeis will supply laminate flooring.
