The Town of Enfield is requesting bids from contractors to furnish materials and install one replacement septic tank, one new septic tank, and one new grease tank at the Morgan's Beach facilities, located on Tax Map 24, Lot 46 in Enfield, Maine. Bid prices must be for complete, operational, and finished septic tank installation, as well as pumping, removal, and proper disposal of the existing septic tank, as indicated in the bid documents. Questions regarding this RFP are due by 2:00 pm on October 2, 2024. Bidders must have a minimum of three years of experience in septic system installation and provide five references related to septic system installations. A portion of the work will be funded by the DEP Small Community Grant Program and the work will be subject to special requirements of the DEP. The bid award will be based on the total bid price and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder(s).
