Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond issued by a responsible surety company in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder's Bid. The successful bidder must file Performance, and Labor & Materials bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract cost as well as a Certificate of Insurance with the Town of Farmington within ten (10) days of notice of bid award.
