Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: AS INDICATED BELOW The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 3:00pm on 9/11/2024 RFIs should be submitted to Trevor Saksa: Trevor.Saksa@parks.ny.gov RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. Estimated Range: $287,172.72 - $388,527.80 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
