Site work and paving for a road / highway in Beavercreek, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

https://www.beavercreeknewscurrent.com/2025/08/23/u-s-35-ramp-to-close-through-october/ BEAVERCREEK — A major change in traffic flow will occur Friday along the U. S. 35 rehabilitation project. Northbound I-675 will no longer be able to use the exit ramp onto westbound U. S. 35 heading into Dayton. All traffic will instead be routed to use the eastbound exit ramp and use the N. Fairfield Road interchange to circle back onto the westbound portion of the road. Westbound lanes near the I-675 interchange also will shift from its current one lane setup along the collector-distributor lane and move back into the mainlane with only one lane used still. All worked will begin Friday evening and is expected to be put into place by 5 a.m. Saturday. The shift is part of the project to repair and resurface U. S. 35 between the Montgomery County line and Grange Hall Road, as well as create a median inlet in the area where bridge repairs also are taking place. The exit ramp is expect to reopen in October. Eastbound lanes on U. S. 35 will have intermittent restrictions put in place during the evening that will temporarily restrict the highway to a single lane only during overnight hours. Microresurfacing program Several local roads will undergo construction during daytime hours through the weekend. The Greene County Engineer Office’s reports microresurfacing will take place between the hours of 7 a.m.-7 p.m. and will cause slowdowns and potentially congestion. The following road will have work conducted: Thursday-Friday: Quarry Road from Waynesville Jamestown Road to Old U.S. 35 Saturday: Centerville Station Road from Montgomery County Line to Wilmington Dayton Road Saturday: Wagner Road from Kettering City Limit to Beavercreek City Limit Saturday: Wagner Road from Beavercreek City Limit to Wagner Hill Road Saturday-Monday: Wilmington Dayton Road from Centerville Road to Bellbrook City Limits Flaggers will help maintain the flow of traffic at each location. The road’s surface will be repaved just south of the S. R. 235 interchange. There are also plans to include bridge repairs over top of Beaver Creek to the north of the Dayton Yellow Springs road interchange. Work is set to begin on May 5. While pavement repairs take place, there is likely to be only usage of one lane available in both directions of the highway. The project is expected to be completed in early November, with the John R. Jurgensen Company being award the contract. Southbound I-675 is set to have the right side lane closed on Thursday and potentially Friday near mile marker 10 for a sign removal. The “Exit 10 Indian Ripple Road/Dorothy Lane/Kettering 1 Mile” overhead sign was to be removed. __________________________________________ Construct new ramp connections to provide missing movements at the existing partial interchange at I-675 & Grange Hall.
