Demolition, site work, paving, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a service station / car wash facility; for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; for site work for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new livestock barn and the setting up of a classroom modular building. Site preparation will have to be made for both structures and accommodation for site drainage correcting the direction of storm water. The Livestock barn will include structural items, concrete foundations, slab on grade, wood framed construction, insulated ceilings, interior finishes, livestock pens, hydrants, waterers, and wash bay. Work will also include installation of overhead doors, livestock and personnel doors and hardware. The new structure will also have power and power distribution, extension of the existing water supply to the new building with appropriate drainage. Existing site components may be modified to accommodate the footprint of the new structure and pens. The classroom modular is currently located at Cheyenne Regional Airport, and will require disconnection from existing services, and relocated to the new site. Removal of the existing stairs, ramps and associated components for reinstallation. Site preparation will include, but not limited to, removal of existing corrals and pens. The designated area preparation will include earth work, site grading for drainage, preparation of pad or structural elements that will provide a solid base for the modular placement. Installation of a septic system and drain field and connection to the water supply for existing restrooms and sinks. The existing EPDM roof will need to be assessed and prepared for the relocation and will include the repairs necessary to provide a watertight roof. Power will be provided to meet the needs for the classroom setting, mechanical, and life safety systems, with technology and data requirements to meet district standards and needs. Interior finishes will be brought to like new appearance and will include the replacement of ceiling tiles with new, replacement of any damaged items that are to remain, and the replacement of the existing carpet with new flooring. Verification that all components are functioning according to their intended purpose. Exterior finishes of newly constructed building and modular will be like that of the existing structures. The site will accommodate pull-out areas as well as student parking. A new road base will be applied to the whole site to minimize the mud on site, as well as to help direct storm water mitigation. Cattle guard at the property line grate need to be lifted to allow access for cleaning a then reinstation.
