The basketball gymnasium at North Collier Regional Park (15000 Livingston Road, Naples, Florida 34103) has six ceiling suspended basketball goals with electric winches and two (2) electric fold-up curtains each measuring 26 feet in height and 80 feet in width that require preventative maintenance and repairs. The Parks & Recreation Division (hereinafter, the "Division or Department") has issued this informal competition Quick Quote (hereinafter, "QQ") with the intent of obtaining quotes from interested vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. North Collier Regional Park Gym Basketball Backstop and Electric Curtain Repairs The purchase order term, if an award is made is intended to be for a one-time purchase. Prices shall remain firm for the term of the resultant purchase order. Awarded vendor will provide the following: A. Basketball Backstops A. Inspect and tighten all building attachments and fasteners. B. Ensure proper lubrication on all moving components. C. Identify and replace all damaged and missing nylon bolts. D. All cable clamps and cables will need to be removed and replaced. There are approximately (32) U-bolts, (32) regular bolts in total for all goals, and there is a total of (16) Nylon bolts required for the side goals. E. Inspect all electric winches for operability: Staff has identified three (3) electric winches that will need to be replaced. F. Inspect grey bolt-on paddings: Staff has identified three (3) for replacement. G. Remove and replace safety straps on all six (6) courts. B. Gym Divider Curtains (2) Electric Fold-up, 26 feet in height and 80 feet in width A. Curtain 1 A. Inspect pipes and ensure proper placement and that the pipe is properly secured. B. Remove and replace all cables and replace all clamps. There are nine (9) cables of different lengths. C. Inspect all cable drums and ensure proper alignment. D. Inspect and lubricate and tighten all fasteners as required. B. Curtain 2 A. Inspect pipes and ensure proper placement and that the pipe is properly secured. B. Supply and install eight (8) wireless receivers. A. Ensure each receiver is programed. B. Provide two (2) wireless controllers. C. Provide training to County staff. D. General Conditions A. Vendor shall provide all equipment necessary to perform the required work. B. All labor and materials will be included in the total cost of the project Worker's Compensation Statutory Limits of Florida Statutes, Chapter 440 and all Federal Government Statutory Limits and Requirements Evidence of Workers' Compensation coverage or a Certificate of Exemption issued by the State of Florida is required. Entities that are formed as Sole Proprietorships shall not be required to provide a proof of exemption.
