Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work Consists of the Removal and Replacement of an Existing Roof Top Air Handling Unit That Serves the Electrical Room for the Digester Control Building. This Shall Include Removal of Existing Unit, Reconfiguration of Existing Roof Openings to Accept New Equipment, and Replacement With New Air Handling Unit and Providing All Accessories, Tools, and Appurtenances for Completion of Work, in Accordance With the Requirements of the Contract Documents. Bid Security: Bid Security in the Amount of Not Less Than 10 % of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Rejection / Acceptance: Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities in Bidding or to Accept the Bid or Bids, Which Best Serve the Interest of Owner. Published by Authority of the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District.
