Renovation of a military facility in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,123-square-foot military facility.
Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia- Corner Express 2.0 Image Update Project Number: 0757-21-000004 This project will be an interior image update of Hunter AAF Corner Express (Bldg 931) to new 2.0 Express standards including adding two (2) QSPs (Hunt Bros Pizza & Chopz). Scope also includes replacing non-functional external walk-in cooler/freezer with new to support new QSPs. Interior scope is 9,123 sf total. Question Deadline 09/11/2024 Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to David Combs at combsdmaafes.com. If total lump sum cost proposal exceeds $25,000 or if otherwise required herein, a proposal bond is required to be submitted in the penal sum of 20% of the proposal amount. Failure to furnish the proposal bond by the time and date set for receipt of proposals in the amount set forth in the solicitation may be cause for rejection of the proposal. The Performance Bond will be executed on EXCHANGE FORM 4400-041 and in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Payment Bond will be executed on EXCHANGE FORM 4400-040 and in the penal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The contract price means the award of the contract. The construction period will be 120 calendar days. The Exchange reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
