Masontown Borough - 2024 Waterline Improvement Project Each bid shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to Borough of Masontown in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This is a Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Project All Bidders shall comply with the federal requirements for Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
