Winchester Road, Libertyville, IL 60048 Phone (847) 377-7498 To bid on this project, contractors shall be required to provide a valid IDOT Certificate of Eligibility and obtain an approved LCDOT Authorization to Bid. Project Location: The work includes, the removal of existing traffic signal equipment, installation of accessible pedestrian signals, maintenance of existing traffic signal installation and other related work. Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Removal of Existing Traffic Signal Equipment The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing traffic signal equipment, maintenance of existing traffic signal installation and installation of accessible pedestrian signals. The work also includes all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as described herein. This work shall consist of maintaining an existing traffic signal installation that has been designated to remain in operation during construction.
