Renovation of a multi-residential development in Laredo, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. The purpose of this project is to replace and repairs water heaters for 12 units at Tomas Flores Apartments. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and removal of debris.
