Your firm is hereby invited to submit a written statement of qualifications to provide professional engineering services for the cleanout, condition assessment, and rehabilitation of off-site biosolids mixing tank #2. OWASA will conduct a Qualification-Based Selection process to identify the best qualified firm with which to negotiate a contract. All firms submitting qualifications must have demonstrated experience and expertise in design and construction services for tank and mixing system rehabilitation similar in scope to this project RFQ. The primary objectives of the project are to: a) Cleanout off-site biosolids tank #2 and perform comprehensive condition assessment to inform rehabilitation scope. b) Perform rehabilitation of jet aeration mixing system. c) Develop standard operating procedure (SOP) for emptying and filling the tanks to prevent clogging of aeration piping or other unwanted material from entering the air pipes. All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications must be emailed on or before September 27, 2024 to Mr. Rasheed at mrasheed@owasa.org. OWASA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any minor formalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional submittals
