To Connect and route the geothermal heat exchange loop piping from outside of LHH to the fourth-floor mechanical room. The existing chiller, located on the roof all related piping and accessories shall be removed, disposed of and replaced with new water sourced heat pumps. The system will be connected to the geothermal heat exchange loop that was expanded in summer 2024 and terminated next to the building on the west side of LHH. The contractor chosen to perform the work will have access to the building beginning on: October 4, 2024, and must complete the work on or before May 30, 2025.
